- The point discount is equivalent to a percentage of what you paid on the order. No points are received on amounts saved through discounts, free items, etc.
- Points are only awarded on regularly priced items. Specific items/collections may also be excluded.
- If you return/refund your order/item, we will deduct from your account the equivalent of the points you received as a discount.
- Your points can be earned or used in-store and online, but the ways to earn points, the ways to redeempoints, the rewards and challenges available may vary.
- Points have a 2-year expiry date.
- We reserve the right to change the value of points and rewards at any time.
- We reserve the right to reduce/add points to your account for any reason we deem necessary.
