DELIVERY

All return/exchange shipping is at the customer's expense, except in the case of a defective item or a shipping error on the order.

Please allow 3 to 10 working days for delivery. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any order. We are not responsible for lost packages or shipping delays. We cannot issue a refund if your order is lost or damaged.

For changes to your order, please send your requests to 'info@vvog.ca' with your name and order number. Changes can only be made if we receive them before we have shipped your order. Once your order has been shipped, no changes can be made.

Orders received on holidays or after business hours will be filled on the next business day.

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to ship.

We offer delivery in Canada and the United States only. For other countries, please contact us by e-mail at 'info@vvog.ca'.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Factors of a product eligible for return;

-All requests must be made to 'info@vvog.ca' within 15 days of the delivery date.

-No exchanges or refunds are applicable on underwear and swimwear.

-Unwashed and unworn product.

-The product must be new and in its original packaging, including the label.

-No refunds or exchanges will be given for personalized products or Vvög gift cards.

No exchanges are possible by mail, only returns are accepted with the exception of a defective item or a shipping error on the order.

Vvög reserves the right to inspect the product before authorizing a refund or exchange.

RETURN/EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Any product or gift card received free with purchase must be returned for a refund (and for exchanges in certain cases). The value of the product or gift card will be deducted from the total amount refunded if already used or not returned.

Any merchandise returned without authorization will automatically be returned to the sender at his expense.

Customers must ensure that the item to be returned is mailed within 7 working days of authorization. Failure to do so will result in a store credit and no refund.

METHOD OF REFUND AND EXCHANGE

If your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that the credit refund will be applied to your account within 7-10 days.

Items purchased from Vvög, in-store or online, can be exchanged or returned at any of our Vvög stores. We will refund the amount using the same method of payment used at the time of purchase.

YOUR ORDER STATUS

Once your payment has been accepted, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has been received. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the package tracking number, if applicable.

STOCK & INVENTORY

We do our utmost to keep the available quantity of our items up to date. If, by mistake, the item you have ordered is discontinued, we will inform you by e-mail. The cancellation will be applied to your original order and you will be refunded using your chosen method of payment.

Items are reserved only when you finalize your purchase. No item left in your shopping cart can be guaranteed for a later date. If the item you want is sold out before you can finalize your purchase, you will be notified and the item will be removed from your cart.
